visit [link] (Cinder) The last of the prophets Jeremiah Cane With eyes like glass cathedrals And a voice like the rain There's an ancient tower for seers Made of sky and stone But Cane lives on the edge of town In a tent he calls a home Jeremiah, won't you look into my eyes and tell me what the future holds Jeremiah, won't you look into my life and tell me there's something more 'Cause something doesn't feel right No, nothing feels right Come my love and draw close We've reached the fringe of town The percussion of an angry crowd All but drowned by a single sound Though they curse, abhor and defy him His melody waxes still Like the fires in the woodlands There's a purpose he must fulfill The voice has been fulfilled Now the deaf will have their way I struggle to avert my eyes But I cannot walk away Fly, Jeremiah Fly into the hills Banished by the people he loves Who would choose their blinders still |

Sorry, I dont speak english very well, but I like to make friends.
** Please be patient with me **
I put most of the color down as just a wash. Then I started a new layer with a one pixel brush at the top working consecutive layers of darker and lighter blades over the base color. I only made a few inches of this "texture" and then copied and modified and copied and modified until I had enough to cover the whole foreground. Then just erase the path and rocks, clean up the edges, and set the blending to overlay. After that I duplicated the wash layer on top of the grass texture, turned up the saturation a little, and set blending to color....
Of course that is ignoring all of the mistakes I made along the way. I've never really done grass before so it was a struggle. In truth there were many many more steps.
Hope that helps! Thanks for the fave!

I don't listen to what art critics say. I don't know anybody who needs a critic to find out what art is.
